technical skills of staff through ongoing training on project and financial
management as well as monitoring and evaluation

financial resources through proposal writing, fundraising and introducing
fees for member services

and technical procedures to provide members with more services online
- Link budget decisions
and program priorities more closely with program performance

and administrative controls and improve data integrity Our efforts to
support business development and trade capacity building involve:

for staff in the technical aspects of trade, market access and export
certification requirements
